After spending 10 hours on the cross, young Thomas is allowed a few hours “rest”, collapsed on the cold floor naked. In addition to crucifixion, Thomas has also been sentenced to a long, brutal whipping, which should begin now. Even though he is barely conscious, Thomas is hauled up by his wrists, his ankles cuffed. But he’s not fully awake. So, before beginning the whipping, the sadist in charge of Thomas’s sentence orders a little “off-the-books” torture.
