Include payment of $45.95 per DVD, plus $4.00 shipping for the U.S. and Canada, $15.00 for the rest of the world. The shipping fee is $4/$15 per order no matter how many DVDs you order. Make sure to include your shipping address and the titles that you want. DVDs will be sent by First Class U.S. Mail in a plain envelope with the return address "Kenneth Benjamin Media." Personal checks will need to clear before the order is processed. Orders paid for by certified check or money order will be processed immediately. All DVD sales are final. Damaged DVDs may be returned within 30 days for replacement with the same title.
