Forgot your password? Want to cancel your membership?

Please go to help page for the billing company you used to join the site. Both are very easy to use. Complete the simple "Purchase/Cancelation Finder" or "Search/Canel Subscription" form for your billing company to find your password, get details on your membership purchase, or to cancel your membership:

Epoch.com    |   CCBill.com

You must cancel your membership
through your billing company.

We cannot cancel the membership on your behalf, so please don't email us with such a request. CCbill.com or Epoch.com will help you with any cancellation questions. They are very responsive and helpful. After cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of your current month of service, then your username and password will become inactive.

Can't get your username/password to work?

99.9% of the time, username/password issues are caused by a member typing in their username/password incorrectly. Common mistakes include using the wrong case (capitalizing a letter that is lowercase or vice versa) or including a space. Retype your username/password very carefully and exactly as you set them. If you still have problems, contact your billing company customer service at the link above; the problem may be due to a billing issue with your credit card or bank.

"Blocked Account" message

If you cannot access the site and you receive a message onscreen saying your account is blocked, wait five minutes and try again. Make sure you are using the right username and password. Enter your username/password exactly as you set them. Remember: your login is case sensitive, and don’t include spaces.

To prevent "brute-force" attacks by hackers, we use a service that temporarily blocks accounts after failed login attempts:

- After 10 failed logins, you will be blocked for 5 minutes
- After an additional 10 failed logins, you will be blocked for one hour
- After an additional 10 failed logins, you will be blocked for 12 hours

Don't continue to try to log in with a username/password that does not work. Double-check your username/password. Re-enter both if the "remembered" username/password feature stored by your computer does not work. If you have ruled out human error (that's you!), contact CCBill or Epoch to reset your password. Or email us your usename, password and billing company name and we'll research the problem on your behalf. (Contacting CCBill or Epoch directly will be faster.) Downloading Videos

Save the videos to your computer and watch them as many times as you like, rather than downloading from the site again and again. You can continue to watch the videos you have downloaded even if you cancel your membership or they are removed from the site.

To download a video, click "Download" and select "Save to disk." Or, if you prefer, right-click (Ctrl + click for Mac) "Download" and select "Save link as" or "Save target as" and then select a location on your computer where you can easily find the file. Downloading duplicate videos to different locations on your computer may prevent the files from being played.

Download times will vary according to your connection speed (a few minutes for high-speed cable; over an hour for dial-up). To maximize your experience, our high-quality video files are large — around 200 MB. You may wish to try downloading the medium-quality file if you have a slow connection.

Some older browsers can have a hard time downloading our mp4 video files. If you are having problems with your browser, we recommend using Firefox, powered by Mozilla. It's free and widely regarded as the best browser by web junkies.

Playing Video

We use the mp4 file video format. We recommend using the latest version of QuickTime to play mp4 files. The latest version of QuickTime is the best (this is a FREE download). Older versions of the player may have problems playing our mp4 files.

Windows Media Player, the program that is pre-installed on most Microsoft machines, does not play mp4 files, and cannot be used to play our videos.

To make sure you are opening videos with QuickTime, not Windows Media Player, Right-Click or Ctrl-Click the downloaded video file, select "Open with",— then select QuickTime. If you simply click the link and your default player is Windows Media Player, your computer will still attempt to open the file with WMP, even if you have downloaded a new player.

Playing Slideshows

If you are experiencing problems with the slideshows, make sure you have the latest version of Internet Explorer or Firefox. Furthermore, make sure your browser is Javascript enabled as the slideshow runs on Java. Here is a useful article for various browsers entitled, "How do I enable Java in my web broswer?"
