Jeff: Tough Act September 1, 2006 I look out the window during a rainstorm and see this amazingly muscular guy in a wife beater pounding on his car window. He's locked out of his car! Being a Good Samaritan, I invite him in. He's nervous but accepts. Once he's inside I cant believe my luck: He's this totally hot straight dude doing this tough guy act, standing there in skin-tight, rain-soaked clothes. "Dude, where's your phone at?" he asks.
