Phoenix goes into a panic when we wrap his face in plastic, but he soon forces his head free, then his arms, then a good part of his body. He's almost free, then we tie his wrists with a flexible cord, making it much harder to push the plastic away. Hours later he's almost free again — just his neck is bound! — but our cruelty knows no end. When he is just seconds from freedom, we cuff his wrists with steel chain. "Nooooooo!" he screams with absolute disbelief. Then we clamp his balls with a vice grip. Next week: Sampson.
