As his fit, young body regains its strength, he is dragged from his cell and strapped to a cross – crucified like a criminal in ancient Rome or an apostate in modern Syria. His powerful muscles, from his thick legs to his hard abs to his broad shoulders, hold him in position – for now. After an hour, however, terrible pain begins to settle in.
